Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and major regions in Europe and Asia.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Europe & UK: 8–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 9–20 business days

  • Asia: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Fees

  • Orders over $99 USD: Free Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $99 USD: Flat rate calculated at checkout
    (Expedited shipping options may be available at additional cost)

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country.


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Custom or final sale items are not returnable

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

How to Request a Return
Email us at support@raffiastory.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
