We ship worldwide, including the US, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, and most parts of Asia. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, feel free to contact us at support@raffiastory.com.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

- US & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe & UK: 8–20 business days
- Asia & Australia: 5–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 USD. Shipping fees for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. To request a return, please email us at support@raffiastory.com with your order number.

Our products are primarily made from natural raffia palm fibers, handwoven by artisans. Raffia is lightweight, durable, breathable, and biodegradable—perfect for sustainable living.

- Keep in a dry, ventilated space
- Store flat or stuffed to maintain shape
- Keep away from prolonged moisture or direct sunlight
